Definition of Ethics

Ethics, too, are nothing but reverence for life. This is what gives me the fundamental principle of morality, namely, that good consists in maintaining, promoting, and enhancing life, and that destroying, injuring, and limiting life are evil.

Ethics cannot be based upon our obligations toward people, but they are complete and natural only when we feel this Reverence for Life and the desire to have compassion for and to help all creatures insofar as it is in our power. I think that this ethic will become more and more recognized because of its great naturalness and because it is the foundation of a true humanism toward which we must strive if our culture is to become truly ethical.

Why so stressed?

Yesterday, I was driving, and the FM radio went off for few seconds. I thought, I should have an iPod. Then suddenly I realized that I have not used my iPod in last 6 months. And then… more things, Handy cam in last 2 years, Digital Camera in last 2 months, DVD player in last 1 month and many more. Now I can say that I bought that Handy cam just out of impulse, I have used it twice only in last 4 years.

Confession forecast

It is a wonderful experience to go inside earth. Earlier I imagined of just going in sky, flying in sky, going in stars. Just now I went in Earth. Inside everything that I used to enjoy, I went. But then I used to enjoy the dream of my travel to heaven also, to sky also.

Well, I found myself now trying to prove that I am actually doing that through earth. This means one thing at least - I enjoyed going inside earth and now I tried to recreate that feeling.

But, the point is whether this is the best way for me? Don’t know? Don’t know what is best for me? I am sad.
