Converging Learning Style:
Characteristics of the Converging Learning Style are
1. Good problem solver,
2. Makes decisions easily,
3. Good at deductive reasoning,
4. Good at delineating problems,
5. Generally very logical.

David McClelland examined motivation on two scales, the motivation to achieve success and the motivation to avoid failure. He noted that there were clear behavior predictions that could be made depending on where people found themselves on these two scales. - Meredith and Mantel, section 4.7

 

Points to memorize for PMP Exam

Estimating accuracy for -
Order of magnitude (OM) is -25% to +75%.
Budgetary is -10% to +25%.
Definitive is -5% to +10%.
Preliminary does not correspond to any particular level of estimating accuracy.

Break Even Point is reached when -
Total Cost in n Time Period Unit = total profit in (n - x) Time Period Unit.

(Indirect Cost/Time Period Unit)*n + (Direct Cost/Time Period Unit)*(n-x)=(Revenue/Time Period Unit)*(n-x)

Expected Value of Risk = Probability x Impact
