Refresh your mind

Hello Everyone,

Nature provides all resources for the peace of our mind and soul. But very rarely we get time to be with nature. We think that it will take too much time, we are busy with so many other things, work, home, shopping, kids, friends, etc. etc. We continue to be involved in the daily life and soon we are tired and the lack of energy affects our daily routine. When we get back from work, we hardly have any energy left in us, all we can do is to watch TV (the most passive thing to do) and eat and sleep.

This collaborative ebook is an attempt to derive everything from (or break into) mind, body and soul concept. This ebook aims to bridge the knowledge gap in different areas by recursively applying the concept to deeper levels of any knowledge area.

Everything can possibly be divided into mind, body and soul. Everything may not have all three apparently. For example inanimate things may be lacking mind as humans. Currently, this is an area to explore.
