Refresh your mind

Hello Everyone,

Nature provides all resources for the peace of our mind and soul. But very rarely we get time to be with nature. We think that it will take too much time, we are busy with so many other things, work, home, shopping, kids, friends, etc. etc. We continue to be involved in the daily life and soon we are tired and the lack of energy affects our daily routine. When we get back from work, we hardly have any energy left in us, all we can do is to watch TV (the most passive thing to do) and eat and sleep.

 I, along with many people, have always viewed the body as a beautiful vessel that we use to navigate through the physical world. Our minds, the captain of the ship, guides the vessel and insures that we arrive at our destination safely and securely. Just like any other mechanical form of transportation we have to maintain our vessel for reliable use.
