• Abacus is a tool. Vedic Math is a set of rules.
• Abacus has beads to help calculation. Vedic Math is done entirely in mind.
• Abacus should be started early (4+ yrs) in life. Vedic Maths can be started later.

Vedic Math is complete in itself. However, using Abacus early makes it easy to start with Vedic math and make the calculations even faster.
